Delivery policy

Orders for items in stock should be despatched within 1-7 working days, depending on current finished stocks. We do try to keep stocks constantly replenished, but we may have to hand-make your item. This can take a little time. We will try to keep you informed of any delay.

UK-bound items will be posted via Royal Mail or similar courier, and should arrive 1-3 days from despatch date.

Internationally bound items, upon despatch, will arrive in accordance with the Royal Mail guidelines on international air mail - click here

Returns - Faulty or Incorrect Goods upon Delivery

If the product is found to be faulty upon delivery, or you have received an incorrect delivery, you must notify us via e-mail to customerservices@detectable-products.com within 7 days of receipt.

We cannot accept liability for return goods damaged during transit and advise that you package and insure the products adequately to prevent this happening.

Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.

We will not be responsible for postage and packaging charges you may incur by sending the product to us.

The following information should be included inside the packaging, your daytime telephone number, your order number or postcode and a detailed reason for the return.

On receipt of the returned goods, we will assess the product according to the fault you have stated. If we agree with the fault, you will receive a full refund or replacement goods free of charge.

Repair or Replace Guarantee - Workmanship

If the product becomes faulty throughout it's reasonable lifetime due to production workmanship, you must notify Detectamet Limited (Trading as Detectables Online) within 14 days of the fault occurring. This guarantee covers manufacturing faults only and does not cover wear and tear, unreasonable use, misuse, damage, or oxidation.

Returns - Unwanted Goods

You have the right to cancel your order; you do not need to state a reason for cancellation. If the goods have already been delivered they must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned unused and in the condition they were delivered in. You will be responsible for return delivery costs, but will be refunded the full cost of the products within 30 days of cancellation, according to the terms above.
